Noah Nadler focuses his practice on complex construction, insurance, indemnity, and commercial litigation matters. Noah represents clients in large construction and insurance disputes, including delay, liquidated damages, and extension of time claims; EPC contract disputes; change order and scope disputes; lien, payment bond, and performance bond claims; construction defect, design, and warranty disputes; indemnification disputes; and insurance disputes under property, builder’s risk, commercial liability, D&O, E&O, and cyber policies. He also regularly represents companies and individuals in pursuing claims against their insurance companies for damage caused by natural disasters or accidents. Noah also has significant commercial litigation experience in other industries, including real estate, technology, oil and gas, transportation, and non-compete matters.
Noah regularly tries cases to favorable verdicts and helped obtain the nation’s largest insurance verdict in 2022, according to the National Law Journal (over $44 million). Although, he is always prepared to take a case to trial or arbitration hearing, Noah uses a strategic approach aimed at maximizing the opportunities for clients to resolve cases favorably without the time and expense required for trail.
In addition to his litigation practice, Noah regularly advises clients on how to mitigate risks on large commercial construction projects. He helps clients draft, review and negotiate construction contracts, including EPC, AIA and subcontract agreements. He also is well versed in lien filings and responding to liens filed on projects. He also advises clients on all insurance-related topics, including how to minimize risk, draft indemnity agreements and obtain optimum insurance coverage.
Prior to starting Nadler Law, Noah worked at the Dallas office of Wick Phillips (9 years) and Haynes and Boone (7 years) in their construction, insurance, and litigation practice groups.
