Dale Fresch is a litigator and counselor with years of experience in guiding clients through complex disputes and legal matters. He has years of experience representing clients in personal injury matters. Dale leads the Firm’s Personal Injury Practice.
Dale’s diverse litigation experience includes representing individuals, small businesses, insurance companies, and Fortune 500 companies on matters centered on commercial contracts, construction, intellectual property, environmental contamination, labor and employment, products liability, premises liability, and personal injury. This includes work for both plaintiffs and defendants—in state court, federal court, and arbitration in multiple jurisdictions.
Dale also has worked in-house in legal and compliance roles within the financial services industry. In these roles, Dale used his legal training to help ensure operations compliance with ever-involving legal and regulatory schemes. This work included substantial interfacing with not only customers but also federal and state regulators, state attorneys general, and the Better Business Bureau. Dale understands the pressures that clients face internally and uses this experience in providing advice or recommendations to clients.
Regardless of the type of case, Dale finds success by using a personal approach and tailoring everything he does to propel the client toward a desired outcome.
Prior to joining Nadler Law as a partner, Dale worked in the Dallas office of the national law firm of Cokinos | Young.

Secured a temporary restraining order protecting a client’s trade secrets and ordering a former business partner to stop interfering with client’s efforts to secure a multi-million dollar commercial construction contract.
Obtained summary judgment in a premises liability case brought against the operator of a south Texas restaurant after developing evidence that plaintiff faked the fall that allegedly injured him.
Discovered and leveraged evidence of tampering with produced business records in a high-stakes commercial litigation suit to obtain a very favorable settlement for client.
Managed a docket of personal injury cases (premises liability, general negligence, Dram Shop, etc.) while routinely obtaining favorable resolutions for clients.
