Autum L. White is a highly accomplished and results-driven attorney specializing in labor, employment, and litigation, with nearly 20 years of experience advising and representing clients in complex legal matters.
Autum is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Certification. Her labor and employment practice includes advice and counsel, litigation (including class and collective action litigation), regulatory compliance and defense, traditional labor law, workforce training, and workplace investigations. She has represented both private and public employers of all sizes, ranging from small startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Autum also has significant experience in commercial and complex litigation. She has successfully represented clients in both federal and state litigation involving securities, antitrust, false claims, breach of contract and/or fiduciary duties, founders’ and partners’ disputes, intellectual property, deceptive trade practices, foreign corrupt practices, and professional malpractice.
In addition, Autum frequently represents her clients in government regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings, including, but not limited to, investigations and proceedings conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Department of Labor (DOL), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), and other various federal and state regulators and self-regulatory organizations.
Autum graduated from Harvard Law School in 2007. She received her undergraduate degree in International Business in 2003 from the University of Texas at Austin. She is licensed to practice in both Colorado and Texas. Prior to joining Nadler Law, Autum was a litigator in Gibson Dunn’s Denver office and a shareholder at the Underwood Law Firm. She has also worked in-house for federal contractors managing and operating a Department of Energy nuclear facility.
